All the colleges that fall under the purvue of mumbai University have a quota for outside maharastra state candidates. This quota could accept either CAT/CMAT/MAT scores. This depends year to year.

In order to apply via the MAT score, one has to wait for the CAP rounds to start. When you apply for CAP rounds, that time you can apply via yout CAT/CMAT/MAT scores also.

But by 2017 mat scores will not be considered for cap rounds

The DTE brochure of CAP rounds will have all the information you need.
