To convert white phosphorous to red phosphorous we have to heat white phosphorous at around 300°C Temperature in the absence of air or there is another method for the same, just expose white phosphorous to sunlight.

It is known that red phosphorous exists as an amorphous network and upon further heating it will be crystallized.
