Because you have not asked about any specific exam, I will explain it to you in general. The results of any exam are declared a few days after the exam has been conducted. However, unofficial answer keys are out within 1or 2 days. Sometimes the official answer key also is made available within such less time. But to know the exact result with respect to the performance of other candidates and the difficulty level of the paper, you will have to wait till the official results are declared.
