You must achieve a specific minimal cutoff in each segment of the test as well as the overall cutoff. Only you then can anticipate a call. For new IIMs, I would think a sectional cut off of above 70 and an overall cut off of 75–80 would be sufficient. Try to surpass the 90th percentile for senior students.

According to the Government of India's requirements, up to 10% of the seats are set aside for members of economically disadvantaged groups and up to 15% of the seats are allocated for members of the NC-OBC, SC, and ST communities (EWS).
