As per your requirement, i would say that to know the merit of any collegr, you first need to apply for its counseling procrss through state or aiq. 

Getting a seat in government medical college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation etc. 

The cut off as per your caste would also depend on which state domicile you have as few states havr higher cut off even for st caste. So it varies from state to state.

So after the completion of registration of counseling, the merit list will be alloted in their official site of mcc, there you can put your roll no and details and check whether you are selected for the counseling procrss or not.
