Dear Aspirant,
The first thing you have to do is graduation in a field related to the biology, like bsc, etc. Then to become a trainer and nutritionist you have to get a certificate from some reputed institute and those certificates are given by taking some test and are usually valid for a certain period of time.
Having a certification from a recognized organisation is a prerequisite for entering into the fitness field. Many organisations offer a variety of fitness training courses with written and practical examinations. The duration of these certification courses ranges from 2-3 months and can cost anywhere between Rs.10,000-30,000. Most certifications expire in 2-3 years and need to be renewed.
These certificates can be termed as-:
Personal Trainer Certification
Nutritionist Certification
Hope this helps. Thank you.
Hey madhu
A fitness instructor is someone who teaches group classes at a typical gym environment. Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing, Aerobics Classes etc.
A personal trainer on the other hand is more of a one-on-one or one-on-a-few coaching scenario. It's a little bit different in the sense that you are not exercising yourself in front of a class of people, but rather demonstrating and then coaching people on technique, building training programs for people and otherwise helping them achieve their physical objectives.
A nutritionist, gives dietary advice. To give legal dietary advice to unhealthy persons, you have to get a 4 year degree in Human Dietetics. This gives you a designation of Registered Dietician, and there are other certifications available to those with graduate degrees in nutrition as well.
Hope this information helps.
Thankyou
