Dear Rashmi, you should be getting a confirmation page after successful Final registration process. You will also receive an Email at your Registered Email id about the completion of your final registration. This is the proof of submission. But there is no process of knowing whether your final registration has been approved or not. Only those candidates whose basic registration has been accepted can fill in the final registration process. And all the candidates who have filled in the final registration can appear for the examination.
