There is a digital depository of all certificates and documents called DigiLocker. This is official depository certified by Central Govt. of India.

You will have to login with your phone number and verify your Aadhar for further proceedings.

Here you can get your Class 10 Marksheet of TN Sate Education Board.

These are the digital certificates. According to IT Act, 2000, they are in par with original certificates/documents.
