hi,

humanities and social sciences entrance exam conducts by iisc bangalore, however the exam conducts in two parts ,  Part I and Part II.

syllabus is as follows,

PART I

i. English and Comprehension skill

ii. Analytical and Quantitative Ability

iii. General Studies- a) Indian Economy, b) Indian Society and Culture, c) World Affairs, d) Environment and Ecology

PART II

Topics for the essay writing in Part II will be based on current affairs and general knowledge,

nbow if you have find the similar topics from 11th and 12th text books you may study from there.

however for aptitude parts I would suggest to follow rs agarwal books of quantitative aptitude, local and verbal reasoning.

follow the previous years papers to analyze the difficulty level of questions.
