I am giving you some troubleshooting solutions please go through

1. For your user ID and password, please check your registered email and phone number. After completing the signup, the credentials are delivered to the provided email address and phone number. So you may find your password there.
2. Next, If not please try logging in from some other browser mostly Mozilla, and then try forgot password method.
3. If this also doesnt help please try using incognito mode of the browser and then follow forgot password method.
4. If still you face the same issue there might be some issues with the server, try after a few hours mostly in early morning hours when the net traffic is least.
