There are certain factors on which MAT cutoff scores are predicted.
They are:

Difficulty level of the test
Number of candidates
Number of seats in an Institute

On the basis of the above-stated factors, an Institute decides its MAT cutoff scores, on the basis of which it shortlisted students for admission process.
