Vrushali, the correction window for NEET opened on 15 January and will close on 31 January 2020.

To correct your details, you need to visit the official website: https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/welcome.aspx and login using your credentials. Once you are successfully logged in, you will be able to see a tab that reads 'Correction in NEET Application Form 2020'. Click on it to make the required changes.

Please ensure that you cannot make any changes in the uploaded documents without being notified by NTA to do so. You can only change your personal details, place of birth, medium of question paper, exam centre's choice, address, academic details, parent's details, dress code and security pin.

Once you have made the changes, click on the preview option and ensure that everything is correct as you will not be able to make any changes to it after submitting the form. Finally click on submit, enter the OTP that came on your registered mobile number and take a printout of the correction slip once done.
