As you have not mentioned in which  exam counselling you want to give preference. It will be hard to guide you with proper details. If you are talking about jee main  you can select college and then course you want to join then after number is marked at that like 1 2 you can select all college you want to join then give preference by sliding or moving up and down cursor according to your preference like
