hi,

see based on neet score state counselling will be conducted as per state wise neet ug authority. every state except for jammu kashmir  has around 85% seats are reserve for domicile candidates, .

The Counselling under 15% All India Quota seats (except Jammu Kashmir) and all seats of Deemed Universities/ Central Universities/ Seats of ESIC & AFMC including Delhi University (DU), BHU,AMU, AIIMS & JIPMER will be conducted by the MCC/DGHS on the basis of NEET score.

so you may participate in state counselling of your domicile and open state counselling like karnataka state counselling and ALL india counselling conducts by MCC/DGHS.

hope it would help.
