Here is the cost for each USMLE step for the year 2025

USMLE Step 1: USD 1000
USMLE Step 2: USD 1000
USMLE Step 3: USD 925

Along with the fixed exam fee, international candidates attempting the Step 1 & Step 2 exam outside the US or Canada need to pay an international test delivery charge of USD 195 for Step 1 & USD 220 for Step 2 CK.
