How does one apply for admission to private colleges in state other than home state. Is Domicile mandatory in States of karnataka, Rajasthan

If you do not belong to Karnataka or Rajashthan & wish to tak admission in the private colleges of these states then you will be eligible to apply for the management quota seats in the private colleges for which you don't require the domicile.

Can one apply for 15% All India quota in private colleges of these states or the 15% All india quota is only applicable for govt colleges and in private colleges these are management quota seats for non domiciled candidates
