Generally,the process of EAMCET ranking is made based on the cummulative weightages of your EAMCET score and IPE score. The equivalent weightage of your eamcet score which is obtained per 160 is calculated per 75. Simiparly, your IPE groups score is taken for the remaining 25. Now sum of these scores is obtained per 100, based on this weightage score your ranking will be given and it's not based on category.
