Go to the link given below. Then click on download admin card. New window will appear click on download by application number and date of birth. Again new window will appear, there on right below corner it is written forgot application number click on that it will ask you your personal details, fill that and then click on get application number. Then again go to download admin card. Here click on download by application number and password click on forgot password and follow the same procedure.
