There is ample amount of time to prepare for NEET 2021. But this reason is also enough to stagger you away from goals. Even if you prepare each chapter by heart per month there still be enough days remaining till the exam. So here comes the way to effectively use your time such that you won't drive yourself either into boredom or stress. Follow pomedoro technique. Ideally in this technique a learner learns/studies 25 minutes followed by 10-15 mins of recreational activity. But this time duration usually varies person to person. Some can study continuously for hours followed by an hour of break, or study for days followed by a free day. Introspect yourself with this technique and choose your time for learning.

Don't devote too much time on one chapter or topic. Keep going on till you finishes the chapter and try solving questions later on. This way any doubts or questions that might have cropped up in your mind while studying will be resolved.
