The  11th and 12th syllabus has more or less same percentage weightage in neet,  it keeps changing every year by few % like 4-5% , sometimes  45 % questions are from class 11 and 55% questions from class 12 and sometimes vice-versa.

So , you should focus on both 11th and 12th  syllabus to get good marks.

• Make short notes of important formulas and concepts for each chapter and Keep revising it
