  Here  in navy there is a chance for both Male and Female who  are capable of Indian Navy as a pilot. You can also be a observer or you can be a air traffic controller (ATC) .For becoming Navy officer firstly you have to clear CDS exam conducted by UPSC( union public service commission). This exam will be conducted twice  in a year . Here in navy  officer gets appointed as a permanently commissioned (PC)officer or the person be a Short Service Commission (SSC) officer.
Permanently commissioned(PC)officer means she/ he will be there in navy till retirement.

Nextly short Service Commission (SSC) officer means officer for 10yrs and can be extended to 14yrs and the person or candidate also have the option for permanent commission but this will be dependent on the person's interest.

Eligibility criteria for navy :
1) 12th passed students and should have academic percentage of 60% either in science or mathematics.
2) for B.sc passed with 60%
3)  here for BE or B.tech with 65% from a recognized AICTE

Hello Aspirant,

To wind up Navy officer you need to clear CDS test led by UPSC. This test happens two times per year (June and December). Here officer gets selected as a for all time charged (PC) officer or as a Short Service Commission (SSC) officer. 

For all time charged (PC) officer implies till retirement. Short Service Commission (SSC) officer implies officer for 10yrs and can be reached out to 14yrs and furthermore have the choice for changeless commission.

Qualifications required to become a navy officer are:

1) Twelth passed or identical with science or arithmetic (60%) 

2) B.sc go with 60% 

3) BE or B.tech with 65% from perceived AICTE

If you want to be a navy officer after BTech then you have to clear CDS exam which is conducted by UPSC.After clearing this exam you can become a good rank navy officer Proud of you.
