You have not mention the particular college in which you want to take admission. In general admission in any college of any course if it is  course then it should have 12th pass examination certificate .You should be from 12 standard course. If you what to take BSc  admission you should have to take  PCB or PCM subjects in your 12 standard examination. If you want to take in  UG bachelor of arts courses then you should have  the subject in your 12th standard examination.for commerce may have the subjects in 12th standard arts or science or commerce. So  the couclearly mention courses and the colleges you want to take admission  then the answer will be  according to your question.
