Converting your MHT CET percentile score to marks maybe a bit difficult to calculate but you can easily calculate your rank from percentile. The formula for calculating rank is ((100-percentile/100)*(total no of students)) +1. Hopefully this would give you a rough estimate of your marks if you have any of your friends who are in the range of your rank. Also another source states that in the official website of CET you can open "answers given by candidate" and from that you can add up your total marks. However the validity of second method is unknown. Hope this helps.
