Hi, No there is no problem for outsiders. To get admission in BALLB first you have to decide which exam you plan to give as there are many like CLAT, AILET, IPU LLB, MH CET LLB etc. So You can choose one or many to get admission. You should have 12th pass/appearing. If passed, get more than 45-50% overall. Depends on the eligibility of each exam as well. Good Luck.
