Migration certificate is a certificate that you get once you complete your course from some educational organisation.

Now, migration certificate is generally asked when you apply into some college for higher education. For that, you need to contact your school administration, if you have just passed out your 12th. It is generally given while distributing your marksheet or as per there convenience. If, you have just completed some degree, for instance, B.Tech. from some college, you need to contact that college for the same.
