To get information about the dates of form release, guidelines and other imp. Notifications you should keep on checking NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER etc. Websites frequently. Any update about the release of forms will surely be highlighted on the home page.
Also normally NEET forms are released by the end of December, AIIMS forms by jan-feb.so check accordingly. Keep you documents handy so that you don't have to face any difficulty. Check for the guidelines and double check your form before submitting and make sure that you keep a printout of your form and submission receipt.
