Go for the technical part after class 12 but after class 10 you can get to know about the various aptitude and general knowledge and the tricky questions that come in UPSC.You can easily get the question available on the net.You can easily practise it after class 10th.Try to concentrate in boards in 12th then prepare for UPSC with dedication and hardwork.
