The rules and regulations of each college is different.

If you wish to resign from the BHMS course of your college then you need to inform the administration section in your college office so they can tell you the exact procedure to be followed. Usually it is not mich of a hassle the college office takes care of almost everything.

The fee refund policy also differs from college to college and they usually deduct some amount before refunding the fee. The amount deducted usually depends on the nimber of days passed since admission. Also, in most cases, if the last date of admission has passed and then you want to leave the college then you might not get any refund.

Thus, you need to get in touch with the college office for the exact procedure and to understand the policies.
