The college is AICTE-approved and it is under WBUT(West Bengal University of Technology) university now named as MAKAUT(Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology). The college is good and had three buildings namely A, B, and C block. The land area is less and it does not have a playground but the playground is hired whenever there is a need.
