Well talking about Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering B.Tech in Biotechnology
College is good for what Biotech it's General cutoff for KCET in 2019 was 13125, for OBC 19766, for SC 39555.

I'll prefee you to go for the college if your rank is in between 10 to 15k.
