As far as agriculture engineering is considered,  Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Kanpur is good,  it has a affordable fee structure ,  the total fee of B.Tech is 1.8lakh.
The placement isn't up to the mark you would expect it to be,  but overall it is a good university.
