A career in emergency medics is truly very rewarding but most of the time you would have to spend a to of time at the hospital/ clinic and therefore won't get to go to home that much. You should pursue this career only iff you are very dedicated.

Opportunities in medical college as a faculty are limited as there are not many medical colleges in India but again if you get a chance it'll be a good career option.
