Hi Aspirant, in my opinion, Rec Mainpuri is a pretty average college overall. It is not that good but if you don't have any other better options then you should go for it. 

Now, electrical engineering there is known to be good. The faculty are ok. The placement scenario is not that good just like most colleges as far as electrical engineering is concerned. Usually, students prepare for gate to secure better future.
