Satyawati (Evening) college is a decent college for Bcom. Talking about the crowd of both the colleges, it is somewhat similar. The crowd is not that good and is very political that becomes even more violent during the time of elections.

If you are to choose one college from the two mentioned in the query I'm terms of academics then as per the ranking and reviews I'll suggest you to choose Satyawati College (Evening) over Shyam Lal College (Evening).
