Since Siddhartha Medical College Tumkur is a deemed to be university,the fees are very high compared to government college hence it is not affordable for everyone. The faculty is very knowledgeable and helpful. They provide excellent guidance to their students and there is one year compulsory internship with around15000 rupees menth month stipend. The labs are excellent. There is no ragging culture and the seniors are very supportive. There are ample extra curicular activities too.
