My personal view is its normal. You can see that every one is going for the engineer but the thing is less vancacy or you need to do hard work to get a good placement and package also.

If you do work hard then definatly you will get some good college.

Overall the work hard and get a good job.

I hope you catch my point. If you are intrested then please go head and do lot of hard work.

Electrical branch is a good. It is a core branch. There are lots of jobs in private sector as well as in government sector.

ECE and CSE/IT branch are better than Electrical.
