It very hard to say that how many perople vist a psychiatrist because it depends on number of things. Like a typical adult outpatient psychiatrist who only sees patients for medication purpose then he may have a caseload from 100-300+ patients. Some patients will be of long term but there are many new comers and the patients who discontinue flow up. 

There are some psychiatrists who have smaller caseloads as they take the decisions themselves.

So there are many possibilities depending upon exact type of work involved.
