Hello candidate,

Syllabus of CA and ACC are pretty much the same but the thing which defence the two courses is there study rules and degree recognitions.

If you fail in any one subject in CA then you have to rewrite the entire exams of all papers again but it is not the case in ACCA. Furthermore, CA is a a local degree where as a ACCA is an internationally recognised degree.
