If you are talking about getting admission in ucer then I will suggested you to take admission in ucer Allahabad not greater noida branch because Allahabad is established in1984 and greater noida is established in 2005 so Allahabad is main campus.
2-the faculties of ucer Allahabad is much experienced than greater noida and if you have strong interest in the cse then you can opt better in noida like galgotias and jss otherwise in affordable fees ucer Allahabad is best ever all.
I'm not telling fake because I'm local of Allahabad.

Pursuing Graduation from UCER, Greater Noida. It's among one of the best engineering colleges in greater noida. Good academics, Practical and industry exposure, well qualified and well experienced faculties, lush green campus, state-of-art labs and what not. Average placements of an engineering student starts from 4 lac per annum. Last year students grabbed the packages between 7lpa to 11lpa too. More focus on academics, kind of strict environment and less events and entertainment inside the campus make students write the less positive reviews but there are always some students who consider studies more important than anything else give positive feedback about it. One should have a visit for engineering admission and than take any decision. 

According to the students'  reviews , this college is given 2.8 out of 5 star . Alnd according to the national ratings , it is just an average college . And if you want to study in a more than average college , then i would advise you not to opt for this college.
