It basically depends on how you took the test. It will take 4-8 days after the test date if you took the test at a test centre. If the mode was TOEFL iBT Home Edition, it will will take 4-8 days after the test date, and 11-13 days after the test date if it was taken as TOEFL iBT Paper Edition.
