You will need 6 months or less than that to prepare for MAT exam, if you have the confidence  than please go for it.

There are many good colleges accepting MAT score and you will get very good placement according to

your need and specialisation.

You don't need more than 110 days to prepare for MAT.

In fact if you have studied for CAT or prepared for CAT then you don't need any extra effort for MAT exam.

As compared to CAT questions, MAT questions are quite easy and direct especially their DI/LR part.

If you want to start from scratch then you need 5 to 6 months.
