Hi, an average of 6.5 band is required in IELTS for getting an admission in Canadian University. You can also apply to universities without appearing for IELTS and later on if they ask you to, you can. It really varies because of what you want to study there. The fees for doing your undergraduate degree (Bachelors in India) is from 3lakh to 13lakh per year. This fees are just the tuition fees.
