Hi, according to the last year statistics a total of 1,64,822 candidates registered for the jee advanced out of 2,31,024 candidates qualified for it. From this year a total of 2,45,000 candidates will be eligible to appear for jee advanced exam. How many candidates have registered for the exams is still not known may be some days later it would be known.

Candidates appearing for JEE Advanced 2019 must qualify JEE Main 2019 and secure a position among the top 2,24,000 candidates (including all categories). In this year, only 1.73 lakh students out of 2.45 lakh eligible candidates registered for JEE advanced 2019 till 9 may, 2019 which is the last date. The total number of students appearing for the entrance test has increased only by 8,000 to touch 1.73 lakh, compared to the previous year.

The JEE Advanced 2019 admit card has been released on May 20 and will be available till May 27. The result of JEE Advanced 2019 will be announced on June 14.
