The eligibility to apply is 10+2 or HSC qualification with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Math. The admission in B.E will be granted on the basis of merit list prepared by taking into account 60% preference of marks in theory subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics obtained in HSC conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board (GSEB) and 40% of percentile marks of GUJCET examination.

and the official website dont say anything about the students who have done diploma so i doubt they can apply.
