150+ score in jee mains EXAMINATION is really good score.Witg this score you can secure seats in many NITs.For scoring 150+ you have to go through the important chapters of these three subjects from where questions are frequently asked.. Important chapters like ELECTROSTATIC, ELECTRODYNAMICS,MODERN PHYSICS,SHM, ROTATIONAL DYNAMICS,AC,NLM, FRICTION etc from Physics.Like so in chemistry.. ATOMIC STRUCTURE,MOLE,GASEOUS STATE, THERMODYNAMICS, SOLUTION, ELECTROCHEMISTRY, CHEMICAL AND IONIC EQUILIBRIUM FROM PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY.. HYDROCARBON,ALKYL AND ARYL HALIDE,ALCHOL, ALDEHYDE, KETONE AND CARBOXYLIC ACID..D AND F BLOCK, CHEMICAL BONDING,PEROIDIC CLASSIFICATION etc are from organic and inorganic chapter respectively..And from math you can look for TRIGO, COORDINATE,VECTOR AND 3D,INTEGRAL AND DIFFERENTIAL CALCULUS..
If you can good at these chapters then definitely you can score 150+ score..

Don't go with this mindset my personal request to you because I used to be the same person couple of years back. But if we do this sorting, we kind of struggle badly in the exam. Because if we do 12 chapters and expect that we could solve all the 12-15 questions asked from those chapters in a subject then it's us being impractical. Because even after we finish a chapter, we cannot ensure that we are completely done at any point. Better to do as much as possible and as much as more as possible and go in the exam with high confidence. Try to finish chemistry the most as this is a scoring line and for physics and maths I'll suggest TRY to finish as much as more chapters you can.
