Hey nikhil

There are around total 49 colleges in Uttar pradesh which provide this course btech in biotechnology. I will list down top 5 colleges for this course in Uttar Pradesh.

1. IIT Kanpur

2. IIT Varanasi

3.Motilal Nehru national institute of technology

4. Dr. K.N modi institute of pharmaceutical education

5. D.A.V college Kanpur.

Are all those 49 colleges are government and how many come under upsee?

No, all these colleges are not government owned nikhil. Some of the colleges are private owned. There are around 15 colleges out of these 49 which are government colleges. And generally many other colleges are affiliated to UPTU.
