You just need 1 admit card for the exam hall. But download atleast 3-4 copies for you reference. You need:

2 passport size photographs

NEET Admit card

Self declaration form

Valid Id proof

PWD certificate if applicable

50ml sanitiser

Transparent water bottle

Masks and gloves
