Every state have their own "STATE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST" for allotment of seat in pharmD course, so every state have different Cutoff rank and marks,
Remember that cut off marks and ranks change  every year and it's based on number of seats available, number of students appearing for exam and the toughness of questions in exam.
