For making of EWS Certificate and income certificate, it takes 15-20 days. It may be more in some cases, depends on your details matching with your documents and your verification done by the officers for income ceertificate at your home. You should apply offline because that way it comes on time as compared to online. In online sometimes it gets rejected or takes too much time.
