Generally it takes 2-3 business days to issue a gap certificate  as per the notary public.However there are several consultation services which gives you home delivery of the certificate whereas you can sign the affidavit in front of the notary public after he signs.First you need to buy a non judicial e stamp from nearest bank and sign it from notary to get the GAP certificate.
